By using this website or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. This site is operated by Will Marshall, a sole proprietor based in Orem, Utah.

2. Services

I provide business coaching and education for cleaning and home service business owners. Submitting an application does not create a coaching relationship; coaching engagements are agreed separately.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching and educational content reflect my experience and opinions. Business results depend on many factors outside my control, and I make no guarantees of revenue, growth, or specific outcomes.

4. SMS Messaging Program

Will Marshall operates an SMS program for coaching prospects and clients who opt in. Message use cases include: responses to submitted applications, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up and check-in messages, and (for contacts who separately opt in) marketing and promotional messages about the coaching program.

• Consent is optional and not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• The SMS program and this website are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

5. Intellectual Property

Content on this site and in coaching materials is owned by Will Marshall and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Will Marshall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
